IMPORTANT!

Our tours and investigations are now over for the rest of 2011. We will begin scheduling for March-August 2012 on January 2, 2012. You can call our office beginning that day to schedule your tour/investigation.

All paranormal investigations/ghost hunts and tours are pre-paid only via Mastercard or Visa. NO REFUNDS. Please make sure that when you make the reservation, you can keep it.

Half Night (4 hour) Paranormal Investigations / Ghost Hunts

Half night public investigations are on Friday nights from Midnight until 4am. March-August. Cost is $50.00 per person.  We will book approximately 40 people on that night, divide them up into groups of about 10 per floor and alternate the groups all night so that everyone covers the entire building. NO ONE under 18 years of age allowed. I.D may be checked.

We require at least 2 weeks notice if you would like to reschedule your half night investigation, if there are anymore open dates available.

Full Night (8 hour) Paranormal Investigations / Ghost Hunts

Full night public investigations are done on Saturday nights from midnight until 8am. March-August. Cost is $100.00 per person. We will book approximately 40 people on that night, divide them up into groups of about 10 per floor and alternate the groups all night so that everyone covers the entire building. NO ONE under 18 years of age allowed. I.D. may be checked.

We require at least 2 weeks notice if you would like to reschedule your half night investigation, if there are anymore open dates available.

2 Hour Paranormal and Historical Guided Tours

Two hour public tours are $22.00 per person given on Friday and Saturday evenings from March-August. No one under 10 years old permitted. No flash photography allowed.

Private 2 hour tours can be scheduled with a minimum of 25 people at $22.00 per person. NO age restrictions. Flash photography allowed on private only.

Daytime Historical tours are held one Sunday per month at 2:30pm at $22.00 per person. No one under 6 year of age allowed.

We require at least 1 week notice if you would like to reschedule your tour, if there are anymore open dates available.

Private Paranormal Investigations/Ghost Hunts and Historical Tours

Private overnights are $100.00 per person for the full night investigation from 8pm-4am. You must have 10 people minimum for the full night or pay the equivalent of, or 20 people for the private half night investigation or pay the equivalent of, from midnight until 4am for the half-nights. NO age restrictions.

On your private overnight your group will be the only group in the building for the duration of the scheduled night. These ghost hunts are available Sunday – Thursday. Your overnight will begin at 8:00pm on your scheduled night. Please call our office to schedule.

If you cannot attend your reserved private overnight you may change your reservation to a different date if available. We need a minimum of 1 week notice prior to your initial reservation in order to reschedule. NO REFUNDS!

ALL TOURS and INVESTIGATIONS must be paid for at the time of reservations made.  We accept Visa and MasterCard only.  Debt and pre-paid Visa and MasterCards can also be accepted.  Please check with your credit card company to make sure you don’t have a cut off limit if necessary.

No one will be allowed to wait on the property for others on tours or investigations.

Gate will be opened only 20-30 minutes before your tour or investigation, no one is allowed on the property before this time.

ENTER through The Bobby Nichols golf course at 4301 E. Pages Ln. Louisville, Ky 40272. Drive to the top of the hill.

You may bring your own snacks and refreshments on investigations, coolers may be checked.  We do have a snack bar/gift shop on location.
