Tour Rules and Regulations

ALL TOURS and INVESTIGATIONS must be paid for at the time of reservations made. We accept Visa and MasterCard only. Debt and pre-paid Visa and MasterCards can also be accepted. Please check with your credit card company to make sure you don’t have a cut off limit if necessary.

Tour Rules:

1. NO ONE is allowed on the property unless you have reservations. NO ONE without a reservation will be allowed to wait on the property for someone that has a schedule a time to be here. For everyone that has a reservation, you cannot come on to the property before your schedule time. You will be told what time to arrive when you call & make your reservations.
2. No one under the age of 18 is allowed on half night or overnight paranormal investigations/ghost hunts. You may schedule a private tour if you wish to take anyone under the age of 18, but they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
3. You must be over the age of 18 or be accompanied by an adult to go on the two hour paranormal or historical tours.
4. No one under 10 years of age is is allowed on any tour or investigation/ghost hunt. We have 2 hour guided tours available on Friday and Saturday nights. Please call to make a reservation. No one under 6 years of age allowed on the Historical tours.
5. Camcorders are not permitted on regular (two hour guided) tours. They are permitted on half night and overnight stays.
6. No tripods are allowed on the 2 hour tours.
7. You may only bring equipment on INVESTIGATIONS not on the 2 hr. tours.
8. You must provide your own equipment for investigations. Some items you may bring can be: cameras, video recorders, voice recorders, emf meters, k2 meters, tri-field meters and the like.
9. No large spotlights, large powerful flashlights or head lamps will be permitted on the regular two hour guided tours. You may only use small pen lights or basic two cell flash lights.
10. We DO NOT ALLOW Ouija boards, Seances, Table tipping, burnings, or any kind of ritual.
11. Fold out chair may be brought on investigations. No chairs will be provided
12. We also DO NOT allow any drugs, alcohol, firearms or anyone under the influence of narcotics or alcohol.
13. We DO have public restrooms available.
